Find a quiet space indoors, near a wall or door, and give yourself the gift of one hour to slow down and draw inward. Practice some long-held (2-4 minutes) passive, floor yoga poses at any time you wish with unlimited access to 4-6 pre-recorded 60-minute classes, taught by Andrea. We will focus on the spine and other areas rich in connective tissue, with the ability to customize according to your body and needs. Huge therapeutic benefits include increased circulation, improved flexibility, stress and anxiety reduction, rehabilitation from injury, and much more. Yoga props and music playlists are suggested to help create an experience as close to an in-person class as possible. Students will meet and talk with Andrea via phone or Zoom prior to starting the series and are encouraged to stay in touch.
WHAT IF I HAVE NEVER DONE YOGA?
No problem, this class moves slowly, I describe and show every pose, and encourage you to modify according to what feels best in your body.
WHERE SHOULD I SET UP MY YOGA MAT?
I recommend anywhere that is distraction-free and temperature-regulated with access to a door or wall to use to support some poses.
