As we rush from one situation to the next in our daily life, we must also give ourselves the opportunity to slow down and quiet our bodies and minds. Discover why meditation is one of the best tools we have to balance our emotions, deal with physical and psychological distress, and promote peace in the present moment. 4 unique recorded classes will be accessible to students for as many views at home as desired. Each 30 minute class will cover meditation benefits, lead you through some gentle movement/stretches, and conclude with a 15-20 minute guided meditation.
WHAT IF I HAVE NEVER MEDITATED BEFORE?
No problem, there is no right way to meditate and each time will be different. The most important part is to carve out a little time to try and practice.
WHERE SHOULD I SET UP?
I recommend anywhere that is distraction-free and temperature-regulated. You can sit in a chair or on the floor. You can even lay down.
