Inspire Yoga was founded with the desire to bring yoga not only to current practitioners, but also to those who would not normally consider it. It is our firm conviction that, "If you can breathe, you can practice yoga."
Mission Statement: To offer classes that are accessible to every body, using a variety of props to support poses, varying cues for all types of learners, and ultimately sharing yoga beyond the asana.
Policies: We understand that "life happens," so you are only charged for the classes you attend. Baker Ranch & Backyard Yoga require a 24-hour advance commitment as well as a minimum-student requirement, with a discounted class fee* for pre-payment. Likewise, we will do our best to consistently offer the published weekly class schedule. Rarely, a substitute teacher will fill in and only occasionally will a class be cancelled or rescheduled.

Focus on linking conscious breath with movement to help increase strength and balance. Traditional yoga poses will improve flexibility and correct habitual postures. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for savasana.
A series of passive floor poses that focus on the spine and other areas rich in connective tissue. Guided meditation offered throughout class. Huge therapeutic benefits include increased circulation, improved flexibility, stress and anxiety reduction, rehabilitation from injury, and much more.
Bring balance to your new life as a parent, reduce anxiety, and give yourself the gift of a restorative class of yoga by practicing with your baby, being guided through poses for you and alternately for baby. Deepen your bond with your child through eye contact, singing & chanting oms. For babies 0-12 mo.
Similar to the Baker Ranch classes, but held in the evenings, poolside. Experience all the benefits of linking breath to movement, improving strength & flexibility, in a beautiful, outdoor setting. Summers only.
