Gain all the benefits of yoga without having to get up and down from the floor at any time you wish with unlimited access to 4-6 pre-recorded 30-minute classes, taught by Andrea. All poses are done seated in a chair or standing using the chair for balance. Gentle movement and attention to breath encourages better circulation and improved flexibility, while weight-bearing, standing poses are a safe way to help build bone density and strength. Awaken areas of the body that have been inactive, soothe aching joints, and calm the mind. Students will meet and talk with Andrea via phone or Zoom prior to starting the series and are encouraged to stay in touch.
WHAT IF I HAVE NEVER DONE YOGA?
No problem, this class moves slowly, I describe and show every pose, and encourage you to modify according to what feels best in your body.
WHERE SHOULD I SET UP MY CHAIR?
I recommend firm surface, with some space to move, and anywhere that is distraction-free and temperature-regulated.
